Appeal Matters

This department can prepare Appeal records on behalf of correspondents thereby removing Private contractors from the equation for a more cost-effective and quality service. Preparation and filing of all Pleadings and Notices in High Court as well as Supreme Court of Appeals
Preparation, compiling, and filing of appeal records in accordance with the court rules
Assistance to correspondents and counsel at the hearing
