Appeal Matters

We have a very well-established and functional Appeal Court department that has been in operation for a number of years. We act as correspondents for various law firms, some of which are the biggest law firms in South Africa. This department can prepare Appeal records on behalf of correspondents thereby removing Private contractors from the equation for a more cost-effective and quality service. • Preparation and filing of all Pleadings and Notices in High Court as well as Supreme Court of Appeals
